James 'Jim' Kemerling

Jim Kemerling is a longtime business and community leader whose career spans paper manufacturing, energy and civic service. A Michigan native and first-generation college graduate, he earned his MBA  from Michigan State University before rising through leadership roles at Mosinee Paper and later served as co-owner and executive at Riiser Energy. Alongside his business career, Jim built a respected  officiating tenure in college football, including work with the Big Ten and major Bowl games. Now in his ninth decade, he continues to serve the Wausau area through numerous community and private boards, reflecting a lifetime of dedication and integrity.
